  • VIP Cashback is calculated based on net weekly losses and credited every Monday with no additional wagering requirement.
Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any form of manipulation of the km88 bonus system, is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

7. Game Rules

All games offered on the km88 platform are for entertainment purposes only. Specific rules for each game are stated within the respective game interface. In general, km88 members agree that:

  • The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed, unless a technical error has been verified by km88.
  • The use of any automation software, bots, scripts, or other fraudulent means to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
  • KM88 reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts in the event of a technical fault or system disruption that affects game results.

  • Suspected activities related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
  • Voluntary account closure request by the member.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance will first be investigated. If the balance is determined to be legitimate funds not involved in any fraudulent activity, a refund will be processed in accordance with km88's internal review policy and decision.

Members who have been permanently self-excluded are not permitted to re-register a new account on the km88 platform using the same or different information. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

10. Amendment of Terms
